ICUNIKIN ELECTRONIC (HK) LIMITED

Return & Warranty Policy

LAST UPDATED: 12 SEPTEMBER 2026

ICUNIKIN Electronic (HK) Limited (“ICUNIKIN”, “we”, “us” or “our”) supplies electronic components to business customers. This Return & Warranty Policy explains the process for reporting shipping issues, requesting return authorisation, and making warranty claims. It should be read together with our Terms & Conditions.

1. Before You Place an Order

Customers are responsible for reviewing and confirming the manufacturer, manufacturer part number, package, quantity, condition, and all quotation details before issuing a purchase order or written order confirmation.

Electronic components may be sourced from independent channels, and availability may be limited for discontinued, obsolete, scarce, or hard-to-find parts. An order placed for an incorrect part, specification, package, quantity, or other customer-selected requirement is not eligible for return or refund unless ICUNIKIN gives prior written approval.

Products specifically identified in a quotation, order confirmation, or other written communication as non-cancellable and non-returnable (“NCNR”), specially sourced, urgent, or otherwise subject to separate conditions are governed by those stated conditions.

2. Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers must inspect each shipment within 2 Business Days after delivery. The inspection should cover the outer packaging, quantity, manufacturer part number, visible condition, and any apparent shipping damage.

For shipping damage, shortage, incorrect visible item, or packaging damage, customers must notify ICUNIKIN in writing within this 2-Business-Day period and provide:

Late reports may limit ICUNIKIN’s ability to investigate with the carrier or source and may affect the available remedy.

“Business Day” means Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays in China. All stated service periods are measured in Beijing Time (China Standard Time, UTC+8).

3. Limited Warranty

Unless otherwise stated in writing, components supplied from ICUNIKIN’s own held inventory carry a limited 60-day warranty beginning on the date the goods are first handed to the carrier.

Products obtained through agency sourcing, urgent orders, or products with separately stated conditions may have different warranty terms. The applicable warranty, if any, will be confirmed on a case-by-case basis in the quotation, order confirmation, or other written communication.

Because discontinued, obsolete, scarce, and hard-to-find components may be supplied through specialised channels, not every item will have original manufacturer packaging, labels, or complete traceability documentation. This does not by itself establish a quality claim.

4. Reporting a Quality Claim

If a quality issue is discovered during the applicable warranty period, the customer must:

Necessary diagnostic testing performed to document a suspected quality issue is permitted. However, the customer must not continue to install, solder, program, modify, mix, resell, or otherwise use the affected products after identifying the issue, except where ICUNIKIN has provided written instructions.

ICUNIKIN may request samples, photographs, additional test records, an independent third-party report, or return of the affected products for inspection before determining whether a claim is valid.

5. Return Material Authorisation

No products may be returned without ICUNIKIN’s prior written Return Material Authorisation (“RMA”).

Before returning any product, the customer must receive written RMA instructions from ICUNIKIN. Once an RMA is issued, the customer must dispatch the authorised products within 3 Business Days. A new authorisation may be required if this period expires.

Returned products must retain the complete packaging as delivered, including outer packaging, inner packaging, labels, and protective materials. They must not have been further installed, soldered, programmed, modified, mixed with other lots, resold, or damaged after delivery, except for necessary documented diagnostic testing supporting the claim.

6. Review and Response Timing

After receiving a complete after-sales request with the required evidence, ICUNIKIN will review the request and provide an acknowledgement or next-step response within 5 Business Days.

A claim is not considered complete until ICUNIKIN has received the information reasonably required to assess it. Additional investigation time may be necessary where products must be returned, tested, reviewed by a third party, or discussed with an upstream source.

7. Remedies for Valid Warranty Claims

Where ICUNIKIN confirms that a valid warranty claim applies to products from its own held inventory, ICUNIKIN may, depending on stock availability and the circumstances, provide one of the following remedies:

ICUNIKIN will select the reasonable remedy based on the circumstances, available inventory, and the verified claim.

If a replacement is provided, it does not restart the warranty period. The replacement remains subject to the original 60-day warranty period calculated from the date the goods under the original order were first handed to the carrier.

For an approved refund relating to a valid warranty claim, ICUNIKIN will process the refund within 5 Business Days after approval. The refund is limited to the actual approved returned quantity at the applicable invoice unit price. Original freight, return freight except where ICUNIKIN has separately agreed otherwise, duties, taxes, import charges, bank charges, inspection fees, and other associated costs are not refundable.

For a confirmed valid warranty claim involving ICUNIKIN’s own held inventory, ICUNIKIN will bear reasonable return shipping costs or agree another reasonable arrangement in writing.

8. Claims That Are Not Covered

Unless otherwise agreed by ICUNIKIN in writing, this policy does not cover:

If ICUNIKIN exceptionally agrees in writing to accept a return that is not a valid quality or warranty claim, the customer is responsible for shipping, testing, handling, restocking, and any other related costs or losses.
