• RFQ and business-contact information: company name, contact name, business email address, country or region, telephone number and job title;
• Requirement information: manufacturer part numbers, manufacturer names, quantities, target prices, project notes, and BOM or supporting files that you submit;
• Account and image-access information: account email address, username, company name, contact name, requested product and stated business purpose; and
• Technical and security information: information reasonably needed to operate, secure and troubleshoot the website, such as session and security data.

Please do not submit payment-card details, identity documents, sensitive personal information or confidential project information unless we specifically request it through an appropriate business process.

3. How we use information

We use personal information to respond to RFQs and BOM submissions; assess product, quantity, price, lead-time, sample, testing and quality requirements; communicate about quotations, orders, delivery, warranty, returns and support; administer customer accounts and controlled product-image access; protect the website against fraud, spam, malicious uploads and security incidents; maintain reasonable business, accounting and legal records; and send follow-up communications that are relevant to your request.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use personal information for unrelated marketing purposes.

4. Legal bases for processing

Where applicable, we process personal information because it is necessary to respond to your request, take steps toward a contract or perform a contract; to comply with legal obligations; with your consent where consent is required; or for our legitimate interests in operating a secure B2B website, responding to business enquiries, preventing abuse and maintaining customer and supplier relationships. You may withdraw consent at any time where our processing is based on consent.

We use only necessary cookies and similar technologies required for core website functions, including account sign-in, session continuity, security and form protection. We do not currently use analytics, advertising or marketing cookies.

• RFQs, BOM submissions, related correspondence and product-image access requests are normally retained for 24 months after the last relevant interaction;
• customer account information is retained while the account remains active and normally deleted or anonymised after account closure or 24 months of inactivity, unless a longer period is needed for an open transaction, dispute or legal obligation;
• order, invoice, warranty, return and related financial records are normally retained for 7 years or longer where required by applicable law; and
• security and anti-abuse records are normally retained for 6 to 12 months, unless needed for investigation or legal compliance.

9. Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have the right to request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information; restriction of processing; objection to certain processing; data portability; and withdrawal of consent.
